To place bets or participate in the Services you must open a Y999 Account. You agree to provide truthful information and to update Personal Details as required. Y999 may verify your identity and information at any time and may suspend or close an Account pending verification.
Access to and use of the Services is limited to individuals who meet the applicable age requirement and who are located in jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful. Y999 reserves the right to exclude residents of certain jurisdictions from opening or maintaining an Account. If you fall into an excluded category, you may be restricted from participating while holding an Account.
You warrant that the information provided on registration is accurate and that you are the rightful owner of funds deposited. You agree to provide further information as reasonably required and acknowledge that repeated verification checks may occur for regulatory or security purposes.

If you suspect compromise, you must notify Y999 immediately. You should log out after each session and implement reasonable security measures on devices used to access the Services.
All funds deposited by you into your Account are held in client funds accounts and are not interest-bearing. Funds are managed in accordance with applicable laws and may be held by a Financial Institution or payment services provider. You may withdraw funds subject to verification, compliance checks, and any outstanding commitments in your Account. Y999 reserves the right to apply reasonable processing requirements and to refuse or suspend any withdrawal that arises from suspicious activity or a breach of this Agreement.
Y999 is committed to responsible gaming. You may set personal limits or exclude yourself from services for specified periods. Time-out and self‑exclusion options are available in your Account settings. If you determine you need assistance, refer to the Responsible Gaming resources contained within the Platform.
Time-out and self-exclusion may be enacted to prevent or limit access to the Services. Financial protection measures may include withdrawal of funds under verification and restrictions on activity where warranted by risk assessment. You may request assistance from the support team to apply these measures in accordance with the current policies published by Y999.
Access to the Services requires an internet‑enabled device. You are responsible for any data or connectivity charges. Y999 may communicate with you by electronic means and may provide notices within the Account or by other reasonable means.
All content and materials on the Services, including software, graphics, text, and logos, are owned by Y999 or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to view and use the Materials for your own use in connection with the Services. You may be subject to moderation and removal of content in accordance with the platform rules.
Y999 treats personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using the Services you agree to the processing of your data as described in the Policy. Y999 may share data with regulators, payment providers and other entities as required by law or necessary to provide the Services.
Y999 may modify this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in a manner reasonably likely to reach you, such as through your account or via approved contact details. Continued use of the Services after notice will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change is unacceptable, you may terminate your use of the Services.
Y999 may close, suspend or terminate a Y999 Account at its sole discretion for reasons including breach of the Agreement, fraud, or illegal activity. Accounts with no activity for a defined period may be closed. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be returned in accordance with applicable law and transaction history preserved for regulatory purposes.
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the Contract. To the extent permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, subject to a right to opt out in writing within the period specified by Y999. If arbitration is not permissible, disputes may be brought in the appropriate court having jurisdiction. Each party bears its own costs except as otherwise required by law.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Y999 regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
